Each and every Memories in Threads item is created as a CUSTOM ORDER and this means that it is created just for you - as an individual and unique piece. This is from the time of design confirmations / payment and receipt of items to create with - whichever occurs last.

Once the item has been checked out, we will be in touch with an email with the details to arrange dropping or postage of your inclusions.

Upon completion you will receive a few studio photos of your finished item like attached. Showcasing your stunning piece.

Please note the ring supplied to set GEM into has not been altered in any way, and the condition of the ring when supplied had plating on the rose gold that had already been removed in some areas and some minor scratches etc. We didn't treat / polish / change the supplied ring. We simply set the resin gem into the ring.  

Please note that supplied items such as this are the clients responsibility and we cannot carry a guarantee on those components. We can only assist with any faults on the resin fill component. Caring for the actual piece of jewellery (not the resin) cannot be advised by us due to it being a supplied item. Any damage on receipt of the supplied item will be noted to ensure you receive the piece back the way you sent it. 

We have used your DIY preserved breastmilk powder and while we did check the powder for any dampness, we cannot guarantee that the powder used wasn't preserved correctly and therefore cannot guarantee the gem in terms of colour change / turning of the preserved breastmilk. As incorrectly preserved milk into powder can turn "off" as such in resin over time.
