DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM ORDERS?
We sure do! It is what we do best and love the most. Simply pop through an query on our CONTACT US page and we will be in touch to arrange a one on consultation to design something just for you.
Any of our items can be custom made - where you can select
HAIR COLOUR / EYE COLOUR / SKIN COLOUR / BODY PRINT / TRIM COLOURS / PERSONALISATION ETC.
Once designed we can set up a CUSTOM LISTING for your item including all the details in which you can select and add to cart.
HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?
Typically a custom order takes approx 4 to 6 weeks for our standard collections, and approx 4 to 8 week for Memory Collection pieces (SEE FAQ on Memories in Threads) - depending on time of ordering - each listing will have updated lead times on it to keep you up to date. This will be outlined to you at the time of your query. Memory Collection pieces time frames also do pend the receipt of the items to be used from the customer.
CAN I ADD PERSONALISATION TO A READY TO POST ORDER?
Yes, of course! Simply add your item of choice to cart that is ready made and ready to post, find personalisation listing and add to cart also. Please make sure you add the following information to cart comments -
Name (Single only) or Initial
Location of personalisation on the item (for dolls we recommend the left hand side chest, or back bottom left, for unicorns and dinosaurs we can only fit an initial and this is best located on the back leg when item is facing right)
Font - SANS style or CURSIVE style
Colour of heat transfer vinyl personalisation - GOLD GLITTER / SILVER GLITTER / BLACK / WHITE / PALE PINK.
We cannot take responsibility for incorrect spelling by the customer, we will complete the order as cart checkout. If information isn't complete at time of checkout, this may delay you orders speed in being finished. We are unable to start and complete the order until we receive this information from you.
If font style and colour is not mentioned in the check out and only name, we will complete the order as we see fit if we are unable to contact you for the clarification.
Please do note that this WILL EXTEND THE ready to send items from 1-3 business days to 3-5 business days if all of the information at checkout is input.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to create and post to International addresses and do only post within Australia.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept a few variations on Payment - CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, SHOPIFY PAY and AFTERPAY. On custom orders we can set up CUSTOM LISTINGS with a preferred full payment listing, or however in some cases we are able to set up a listing for a 50% deposit to start order (balance of 50% is due prior to postage).

HOW ARE MY ITEMS POSTED?
RubyBabyDesigns Keepsake Collective send your order via Australia Post in a variety of ways. Please refer to our SHIPPING POLICY in the footer for further details.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to SAFE DROP boxes.

SMALL SATCHEL - indication only - fits 2 mini mee dolls or 1 x classic / luxe doll or 1 x unicorn / horse approximately $18.00 (EXPRESS AND SIGNATURE ADDITIONAL CHARGES)
MEDIUM SATCHEL - indication only - 2 x classic / luxe doll or 2 x unicorns $20.00 (EXPRESS AND SIGNATURE ADDITIONAL)
LARGE SATCHEL - indication only - fits most items within a purchase of approx 1 x dino or 2 x classic / luxe dolls or 2 x unicorns. This size will fit 1 x personalised carded suitcase. Postage is approximately $30 (EXPRESS AND SIGNATURE ADDITONALCHARGES)

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS MADE?
All of your orders and handmade in a studio in the West of Melbourne by the maker Lori. You can see a Meet the Maker Page in our side menu.Click HERE.
WHAT IS INSIDE MY HEIRLOOM CLOTH DOLL AND DECOR PIECES?
We use 100% PET fill for all of our items with fill. This is environmentally friendly by using 100% recycled materials, which also means significantly lower allergens too. By choosing this fill solution, with every 10kg bag we use, we are saving 70 plastic bottles ending up in landfill. This is important to us!
With so many items being cut, we also save our scraps from landfill too and donate to people who create smaller items where the scraps are plenty in size to work with ie hair pins, jewellery etc, as well as creating items such as dog beds and using the scraps to fill these beds.

DO YOU HAVE BRANDING ON YOUR ITEMS?
Yes we sure do, you will find a branded flag or long woven label with our logo and initials placed on each and every one of our WOVEN items. You will also find care labels attached to all Cloth Doll and Decor pieces.
DO I GET TO SEE MY ITEM BEFORE IT ARRIVES?
If you order a custom made / or memory item you will receive a styled image/s of your items prior to sending. This is to confirm the details and design prior to sending. By accepting these images, it is understood that the item is correct and ready to send.
