LISTING IS FOR -
1 x Sammy Square Panel Memory Quilt - Adjusted Panels and sizing.
Mostly 13cm x 13cm finished panels - to incorporate the 15cm x 15cm handwritten panels supplied.

Please see attached sketch of the panel design.
This size does include a paneled side border of approx 5cm around to frame the quilt. This isnt something that is usually done - however due to the use of photos and the personalised patches we don't want to topstitch over the photos and messages that may be on the edge of the quilt.
1 x centre large panel approx 26cm x 26cm featuring custom made monogram - design and colour and font to be approved by client prior.
2 x panels - one in top left corner one in bottom right corner to be a boxed frame panel with a personalised saying in each. Colour font and layout to be approved by client prior. 26cm x 26cm. This will have a border set within this patch. See above photo with the images with the photo - this is how the boxing will look.
10 x Black and White photo personalisation - printed on specialised printer fabric on 100% cotton. Squares of photos will be 13cm x 13cm featuring your emailed clear photos. Position of those photos to be approved by client in overall layout.
16 x squares will be supplied in a mix and match tonal fabrics to make up the balance of the squares - will be approved with client as to colours. Such as the neutrals shown in messages or perhaps a feature of a pale colour.
20 x supplied handwritten cotton panels in assorted colours as memory patches. Please note as discussed we will try our absolute best to ensure all the message is included in the patch. Due to seam allowance and some of the writting is a touch too close to the edge. However we will try and do a smaller seam allowance to try and get the full message in. Please note we are unable to take responsibility for the patches of this with the pen / marker of the personalisation running and marking when in later use or care.
1 x handwriting panel - using heat transfer vinyl we convert handwriting words from a picture into a heat transfer vinyl personalisation to be placed on one of the quilt patche squares. Colour of vinyl to be approved. Handwriting can be supplied by a clear photo of the specific words required.
1 x hands logo in heat transfer vinyl on a quilt patch square.
MATERIALS -
Memory clothing pieces on top panel with handwritten messages supplied.
We will supply the cotton squares that are needing to fill gaps and will be approved with client.
INTERNAL - Cotton / bamboo batting set inside approximately 1.5mm loft.
BACKING - in order for it to be used as a potential wall hanging it will be 100% cotton simple plain backing to co-ordinate with the front fabrics in the squares. If a blanket a plush polyester minky. Colour TBC. To be confirmed with client.

The topper of the quilt will be ditch stitched in the seams of all the seams on the quilt around the squares. The topper is quilted with those ditch stitches to the batting. The backing is then turned through rather than quilted to the top. The border will only be on the front.
If the wall hanging option is chosen we can place two small button holes on the back two top corners of the quilt for you to thread perhaps a doweling baton through to use on the wall.

It is so important to us that we create something in collaboration with you and we will always send design layouts prior to final cut and production. By purchasing these items you understand that we do cut and disassemble your items in order to create your piece.
Every design differs slightly due to the fabric used and the condition of the items. We do try our best to maneuver around tears / pilling / marks on the items provided to the best of our ability and what we do need to create your garment. We will of course be in touch with any concerns too.
There may be times that we need to change things around where required, this could be due to a fabric, trim or fabric pieces that may be damaged or on receipt we see potential to incorporate beautiful details into your pillow - so we will always let you know in full communication and disclosure to you on each step of the way.
Upon completion you will receive a few studio photos of your finished item like below - showcasing your beautiful piece.
Please ensure you select the recommended postage option of - EXPRESS POSTAGE WITH SIGNATURE ON THIS ITEM to ensure the quickest and safest possible postage option.
Our heirloom cloth pieces are unable to be machine Or hand washed due to the nature of the items, they can however be spot cleaned with a mildly damp clean cloth and air dried thoroughly. Please also see in our CARING FOR YOUR ITEMS page on our website the best way to store your items and more information too! Please note that any personalisation and heat transfer vinyl cannot be ironed over. We also do not recommend any dampness of cleaning on the vinyl or on your supplied patches.
We also recommend if you do store pieces such as this that you store in a carded box in tissue paper. Plastic tubs make items sweat and does need airing more frequently than storing in carded boxes. Please air and dust frequently.
