By purchasing these items you understand that we do cut and disassemble your items in order to create your piece. The return of the balance of your item/s can be returned if you follow the next instructions -
SEND YOUR WEDDING DRESS in a EXPRESS WITH SIGNATURE Australia Post Satchel - Please ensure when at the post office you select the appropriate size satchel to fit your entire dress. Please ensure your wrap or secure dress in an appropriate manner to ensure no damage in transit.
WITHIN THAT PARCEL - PLEASE ENSURE YOU PURCHASE A SECOND SATCHEL OF THE SAME SIZE - express and with signature. PLEASE SELF ADDRESS THIS SATCHEL and include with the wedding dress. This enables us to send the balance of your item back to you - as we are unable to send the dress back in the package weight assigned to this listing.
Every design differs slightly due to the fabric used and the condition of the items. We do try our best to maneuver around tears / pilling / marks on the items provided to the best of our ability and what we do need to create your garment. We will of course be in touch with any concerns too.
There may be times that we need to change things around where required, this could be due to a fabric, trim or fabric pieces that may be damaged or on receipt we see potential to incorporate beautiful details into your pillow - so we will always let you know in full communication and disclosure to you on each step of the way.
Upon completion you will receive a few studio photos of your finished item like below - showcasing your beautiful piece.
