195cm length x 120cm wide - near single size
Each clothing piece is used to create the panels.
MATERIALS -
Memory clothing pieces on top panel quilting design, backing and border to be 100% minky dot polyester. Inner batting is polyester cotton or bamboo cotton approx 1.5mm to 2mm loft of batting. Layout of clothing approved with client as per attached. Please note we double up our internal batting.
BORDER - will be approved with client - but will be minky dot plush polyester. TBC COLOUR
BACKING - 100% polyester minky dot plush. TBC COLOUR
DETAILS - Multi sized panels due to each clothing piece as per layout and scale in sketch above. Minky dot 10cm border surrounding with corner details of Memory Clothing. 2 patch applique embroidery names - FINN and PATRICK. Will use either clothing or a complimentary drill colour in name appliques and embroidery. Letters will be embroidered and cut out and sewn to quilt. Sizing of letters approximately 8cm height.
Please see listing for Sammy Square Border Quilt for further details of design and features etc and topstitching details etc. There is no quilting through both sides and no fine binding border around quilt. The 10cm border is the edge.

It is so important to us that we create something in collaboration with you and we will always send design layouts prior to final cut and production. By purchasing these items you understand that we do cut and disassemble your items in order to create your piece.
Every design differs slightly due to the fabric used and the condition of the items. We do try our best to maneuver around tears / pilling / marks on the items provided to the best of our ability and what we do need to create your garment. We will of course be in touch with any concerns too.
There may be times that we need to change things around where required, this could be due to a fabric, trim or fabric pieces that may be damaged or on receipt we see potential to incorporate beautiful details into your items - so we will always let you know in full communication and disclosure to you on each step of the way.
Upon completion you will receive a few studio photos of your finished item like below - showcasing your beautiful piece.
Please ensure you select the recommended postage option of - EXPRESS POSTAGE WITH SIGNATURE ON THIS ITEM to ensure the quickest and safest possible postage option.
PLEASE ALSO SEND A SELF ADDRESSED PRE PAID SATCHEL IN "XLARGE" SIZE WITH YOUR ITEMS, SO WE CAN SEND THE BALANCE OF YOUR ITEMS BACK TO YOU IN A SEPERATE PACKAGE. This information is also outlined in our Memories in Threads FAQ section on our website and is the easiest and most effective way to return the balance of the clothing to you. As the parcel on this listing will only fit your finished order. If this hasn't been done, we may need to ask for the return postage costs of the clothing if we cannot fit it into the package of your finished items. This listing is only accommodating the postage for the finished quilt and bear return as some clients prefer to not receive the clothing balance back.
Our heirloom cloth pieces are unable to be machine washed due to the nature of the items, they can however be spot cleaned with a damp clean cloth and air dried thoroughly. Please also see in our CARING FOR YOUR ITEMS page on our website the best way to store your items and more information too!
