LISTING IS FOR -
1 x POPPY MEMORY PANEL PILLOW
Round SLIM Panel Spliced selected as pillow
PLAIN back and sides using memory clothing
SIZE - Approx 27 to 30 cm diametre x approx 10cm deep.
SLIM PANELS - total of 16 panels, minimum 8 clothing pieces to double up the panels. Minimum 1 garment needed for side panel and plain backing.
PLAIN BACK - requires a garment no smaller than 35cm x 35cm to complete in one piece - if this isn's able to be done on arrival, we will send 100% cotton options for a backing for you to select from. It will be a simple print such as a spot or hatched design that compliments your garment colours.
SIDE PANEL - around the sides - requires 1 GARMENT IN FULL - however if not possible we can divide into 4 panels with your clothing to create a mix and match side.
As always your item is created with environmentally friendly PET fill inside.
This pillow features 2 x wooden handmade engraved buttons in the centre.
Please note this pillow does NOT have a slip to remove and wash - it is purely created for a keepsake. This item is not able to be washed.
Please note we are unable to work with handknits and knitted items such as cardigans in this Pillow.
3 x CUSTOM DESIGNED "SIENNA" SQUARE QUILTED PILLOW SLIP
By taking a provided standard sized pillow slip by client, we will unpick the front panel and create a new front panel - using memory clothing of 12 square panels. Size of the panels to be confirmed once the pillow slip has been provided but going on the basis that they are around 51cm x 66cm. The top quilted panel will be created using loved ones clothing - total 12 squares, and batted with cotton / bamboo batting on the back (approximately 1.5mm loft) and all internally fused for stability. The quilted square pillow topper will also be ditch stitched to the batting. The original supplied pillow slip will be used as the backing.
SIZE - Approximately 51cm x 66cm - no pillow inside just slip
MATERIALS - Memory Clothing quilted squares, cotton bamboo batting inside. Supplied cotton pillow slip as backing
Minimum 6 pieces of clothing needed to double up on the squares. Maximum 12 clothing pieces to do single squares.
Please note due to ongoing pandemic we will do our utmost to achieve these turnaround times. This may delay the completion of you order as to ensure the best health and safety protocols and also the finished piece of work not being compromised.

It is so important to us that we create something in collaboration with you and we will always send design layouts prior to final cut and production. By purchasing these items you understand that we do cut and disassemble your items in order to create your piece.
Every design differs slightly due to the fabric used and the condition of the items. We do try our best to maneuver around tears / pilling / marks on the items provided to the best of our ability and what we do need to create your garment. We will of course be in touch with any concerns too.
There may be times that we need to change things around where required, this could be due to a fabric, trim or fabric pieces that may be damaged or on receipt we see potential to incorporate beautiful details into your pillow - so we will always let you know in full communication and disclosure to you on each step of the way.
Upon completion you will receive a few studio photos of your finished item like below - showcasing your beautiful piece.
Our heirloom cloth pieces are unable to be washed due to the nature of the items, they can however be spot cleaned with a very light damp clean cloth and air dried thoroughly. As mentioned the "Sienna" Square Quilted Pillow Slips are not recommended for daily use and constant washing due to the nature of the items and are more of a keepsake for display. The clothing pieces are internally fused and with movement and wear as a pillow slip, the clothing will separate from the fusing and create some puckering and separation of the fusing.
