SIZE - TBC FOOTSTOOL SIZE NEEDED - Please send through height of footstool and width and depth to ensure we can cut the ties to appropriate length to cover the footstool and have enough for tuck under for you to staple to the foot stool. MATERIALS - 8 supplied memory clothing ties and iron on fusing with cotton bamboo batting to give it some structure.
DETAILS - Ties will be unpicked and taping removed. Pressed flat to allow them to be wider. Each tie will be cut to measure of the footstool allowing for length of the foot stool, the side depth as well as the room to tuck under to affix. Each tie will be fused with iron on fusing and sewn together to make a topper. This topper will then be quilted to cotton bamboo batting to give structure. It will have a surrounded overlocked edge with a turn back and topstitch for a neat edge ready for you to affix to the foot stool. We are only supplying the topper and not supplying footstool or service to affix. Measurements provided to us for the foot stool are needing to be accurate to ensure we cut the tie lengths to the right length. Please provide asap to ensure we are able to start your order. Will try to accomodate diagonal ties but will lend due to overall length of ties.
If you would like to add personalisation patch we can arrange a separate listing up until the topper of the pillow is complete. PERSONALISATION is an add on and does require an additional charge.

It is so important to us that we create something in collaboration with you and we will always send design layouts prior to final cut and production. By purchasing these items you understand that we do cut and disassemble your items in order to create your piece.
Every design differs slightly due to the fabric used and the condition of the items. We do try our best to maneuver around tears / pilling / marks on the items provided to the best of our ability and what we do need to create your garment. We will of course be in touch with any concerns too.
There may be times that we need to change things around where required, this could be due to a fabric, trim or fabric pieces that may be damaged or on receipt we see potential to incorporate beautiful details into your pillow - so we will always let you know in full communication and disclosure to you on each step of the way.
Upon completion you will receive a few studio photos of your finished item like below - showcasing your beautiful piece.
Please ensure you select the recommended postage option of - EXPRESS POSTAGE WITH SIGNATURE ON THIS ITEM to ensure the quickest and safest possible postage option.
PLEASE ALSO SEND A SELF ADDRESSED PRE PAID SATCHEL IN "XLARGE" SIZE WITH YOUR ITEMS, SO WE CAN SEND THE BALANCE OF YOUR ITEMS BACK TO YOU IN A SEPERATE PACKAGE. This information is also outlined in our Memories in Threads FAQ section on our website and is the easiest and most effective way to return the balance of the clothing to you. As the parcel on this listing will only fit your finished quilt. If this hasnt been done, we understand it is ok! We may ask for the clothing return postage to be paid by the client upon completion of the order. This listing only accommodates postage to return the bear and the pillow as finished items.
Our heirloom cloth pieces are unable to be machine washed due to the nature of the items, they can however be spot cleaned with a damp clean cloth and air dried thoroughly. Please also see in our CARING FOR YOUR ITEMS page on our website the best way to store your items and more information too!
