LISTING IS FOR -
1 x Sammy Square Panel Memory Quilt with CUSTOM BORDER

DETAILS - 20cm panels - total 22cm x 22cm squares - 20cm x 20cm once sewn.
SIZE - LAP SIZE -
Approx 80cm wide x 100cm length inner panels. Border is 7cm all the way around so finished quilt size is around 95cm x 115cm approximately.
4 panels across x 5 panels down which is 20 panels in total.
MATERIALS -
Memory clothing pieces on top panel - with a few pieces of blue crinkle cotton in between not touching where possible. Layout final to be approved by client.
Cotton / bamboo batting set inside approx 1.5mm to 2mm loft of batting.
BORDER - Blue Crinkle Cotton approved and purchased
BACKING - Blue plain plush Polyester minky.

If you would like to add a patch personalisation please do let us know and we can create a custom listing for the personalisation, we can add these up until the topper is complete.

It is so important to us that we create something in collaboration with you and we will always send design layouts prior to final cut and production. By purchasing these items you understand that we do cut and disassemble your items in order to create your piece.
Every design differs slightly due to the fabric used and the condition of the items. We do try our best to maneuver around tears / pilling / marks on the items provided to the best of our ability and what we do need to create your garment. We will of course be in touch with any concerns too.
There may be times that we need to change things around where required, this could be due to a fabric, trim or fabric pieces that may be damaged or on receipt we see potential to incorporate beautiful details into your pillow - so we will always let you know in full communication and disclosure to you on each step of the way.
Upon completion you will receive a few studio photos of your finished item like below - showcasing your beautiful piece.
Please ensure you select the recommended postage option of - EXPRESS POSTAGE WITH SIGNATURE ON THIS ITEM to ensure the quickest and safest possible postage option.
PLEASE ALSO SEND A SELF ADDRESSED PRE PAID SATCHEL IN "XLARGE" SIZE WITH YOUR ITEMS, SO WE CAN SEND THE BALANCE OF YOUR ITEMS BACK TO YOU IN A SEPERATE PACKAGE. This information is also outlined in our Memories in Threads FAQ section on our website and is the easiest and most effective way to return the balance of the clothing to you. As the parcel on this listing will only fit your finished quilt. If this hasn't been done, we may need to ask for the return postage costs of the clothing if we cannot fit it into the package of your finished items. This listing is only accommodating the postage for the finished quilt return as some clients prefer to not receive the clothing balance back.
Our heirloom cloth pieces are unable to be machine washed due to the nature of the items, they can however be spot cleaned with a damp clean cloth and air dried thoroughly. Please also see in our CARING FOR YOUR ITEMS page on our website the best way to store your items and more information too!
