1 x "Winter" Window Square Panel Memory Quilt with CUSTOM BORDER NEW DESIGN

DETAILS - 28cm panels wide, 38cm panels depth - total 30cm x 40cm cut, and then seam allowance for finished size of 28cm x 38cm.
SIZE - CUSTOM
Approx 132cm wide x 214cm length. Border is 5cm all the way around. The window frame panels in between clothing is 4cm
4 panels across x 5 panels down which is 20 panels in total.
MATERIALS -
Memory clothing pieces on top panel - window framing fabric will be approved with client - TBC - will show options shortly for approval.
Please note the panels have been pre cut by client, some are cut quite close to the print and therefore may have some of the print cut off due to seam allowances to sew. Also please note that some are cut larger and smaller, so the panel size has been made to ensure the smallest cut panel is the size we use.
Cotton / bamboo batting set inside approx 1.5mm to 2mm loft of batting. Layout of clothing approved with client as per attached.
BORDER - will be approved with client - denim as approved by client
BACKING - TBC - Propose black or charcoal minky plush, will approve with client shortly. Client approved black sherpa plush
DETAILS - Window pane type quilt, with rectangular pre cut tee panels supplied by client. Border surrounding. Border will be topstitched that will go through to back layer also. Backing is plush minky. Tee panels and window panes will be topstitched to the batting, however not through to the other side.
We will also feature the small little tee prints on the quilt as sort of appliques. This will be added free of charge - valued at around $10 per applique depending size.

Body - front is plain navy from stitch tee
Body - back is using some of the stitch tee including some of the face (not all)
Legs - red and white stitch palm print
Footpads - navy plain
Arms - white nirvana print tee - cut up words
Cheeks raw edge applique - TBC once layout is cut. Possibly the purple from stitch print ears
Ears - red front and white back ears
Embroidery nose and eyes - tbc will show options at the end for client to approve to compliment the bear.
4 x wooden handmade engraved buttons on joints
Will try and use the stitch applique somewhere on the bear

It is so important to us that we create something in collaboration with you and we will always send design layouts prior to final cut and production. By purchasing these items you understand that we do cut and disassemble your items in order to create your piece.
Every design differs slightly due to the fabric used and the condition of the items. We do try our best to maneuver around tears / pilling / marks on the items provided to the best of our ability and what we do need to create your garment. We will of course be in touch with any concerns too.
There may be times that we need to change things around where required, this could be due to a fabric, trim or fabric pieces that may be damaged or on receipt we see potential to incorporate beautiful details into your items - so we will always let you know in full communication and disclosure to you on each step of the way.
Upon completion you will receive a few studio photos of your finished item like below - showcasing your beautiful piece.
Please ensure you select the recommended postage option of - EXPRESS POSTAGE WITH SIGNATURE ON THIS ITEM to ensure the quickest and safest possible postage option.
PLEASE ALSO SEND A SELF ADDRESSED PRE PAID SATCHEL IN "XLARGE" SIZE WITH YOUR ITEMS, SO WE CAN SEND THE BALANCE OF YOUR ITEMS BACK TO YOU IN A SEPERATE PACKAGE. This information is also outlined in our Memories in Threads FAQ section on our website and is the easiest and most effective way to return the balance of the clothing to you. As the parcel on this listing will only fit your finished order. If this hasn't been done, we may need to ask for the return postage costs of the clothing if we cannot fit it into the package of your finished items. This listing is only accommodating the postage for the finished quilt and bear return as some clients prefer to not receive the clothing balance back.
Our heirloom cloth pieces are unable to be machine washed due to the nature of the items, they can however be spot cleaned with a damp clean cloth and air dried thoroughly. Please also see in our CARING FOR YOUR ITEMS page on our website the best way to store your items and more information too!
