SIZE - Approximately 30cm height.
MATERIALS - Memory clothing supplied, polyester plush muzzle trim.
INNER FILL - 100% Recycled PET fill for head
COLOURS - Green stripe supplied tee. Muzzle - off white plush. Embroidery - navy.
DETAILS - Stripe tee supplied as body and head and ears. We will purchase teddy fleece for the nose. Embroidery eyes and nose. Printed cotton fabric image on front panel as a patch. Patch to have larger stitch to ensure it can be removed for a spot clean. IMAGE TO BE SUPPLIED. Image patch around 8cm.

Please ensure that the image supplied is sent to rubybabydesigns@hotmail.com and is a clear and crisp high definition image and not too closely cropped to the face on the image to ensure we can crop to a square image. Printing on cotton with inkjet inks, does tend to lower the clarity of the photos so the clearer the image the better. Please remove patch to spot clean with water.

It is so important to us that we create something in collaboration with you and we will always send design layouts prior to final cut and production. By purchasing these items you understand that we do cut and disassemble your items in order to create your piece.
Every design differs slightly due to the fabric used and the condition of the items. We do try our best to maneuver around tears / pilling / marks on the items provided to the best of our ability and what we do need to create your garment. We will of course be in touch with any concerns too.
There may be times that we need to change things around where required, this could be due to a fabric, trim or fabric pieces that may be damaged or on receipt we see potential to incorporate beautiful details into your pillow - so we will always let you know in full communication and disclosure to you on each step of the way.
Upon completion you will receive a few studio photos of your finished item like below - showcasing your beautiful piece.
Please ensure you select the recommended postage option of - EXPRESS POSTAGE WITH SIGNATURE ON THIS ITEM to ensure the quickest and safest possible postage option.
Our heirloom cloth pieces are unable to be machine washed due to the nature of the items, they can however be spot cleaned or very delicately hand washed with a damp clean cloth and air dried flat thoroughly. Please also see in our CARING FOR YOUR ITEMS page on our website the best way to store your items and more information too! Please avoid water hand washing / spot cleaning the image. This will cause the set printed inkjet to bleed and may cause damage to the ink and picture quality.
By also purchasing and sending the items for us to use, we do so with your permission and that the items used are used with the appropriate owner's permission.
Please note there is no small parts on this piece, however we do not recommend for unsupervised use of this item under the age of 5 years old. Please inspect after each use to ensure there is no loose parts or threads.
