This is from the time of design confirmations / payment and receipt of items to create with - whichever occurs last. Please note we are only able to purchase your settings once this listing is purchased - however in this case due to some illness we had the go ahead to purchase and create the order prior to deposit payment as a good will gesture for a friend. Our setting comes from the USA. If there are any delays within the arrival of this setting we will be in communication with you.
As discussed on 5th Dec 2025 Shopify has no record of the transaction being approved for order as shown to you in the dashboard or any abandoned checkout. Bank information from you has not been provided since Nov 2025 to show payment was made as thought. So the balance payment is needing to be paid by end of January. By checking this listing out you acknowledge that the balance payment will be made no later than the end of January. If proof is shown by the bank of payment we will be passing this onto Shopify to investigate and to conclude what has occurred as they have no record of payment and followed up with you as needed. However as of 10th of Jan 2026 no proof of this payment has been made.
